I married a man who is only 90 cm tall ❤️. From the moment we met, I knew our love story would be extraordinary 🌟. Our journey hasn’t been typical, but every moment has been full of joy, laughter, and unforgettable memories 😍.
Today, our child surprises everyone with their unique appearance 👶✨. People often stop us to ask questions, and we love sharing our story because it shows that love isn’t about height, size, or what others expect 💖. Seeing our little one grow every day, full of personality and charm, reminds us that true happiness comes from embracing every difference 🌈.
We’ve captured some of these precious moments in photos 📸. Every smile, every laugh, every tiny hand reaching out tells the story of a family built on love, courage, and acceptance 💕.
Everyone is surprised when they see us, and you will be surprised too when you meet us 😍😍.

I still remember the day when I first felt that my life would never be the same again ❤️. I—Chloe Roberts, 22 years old—stood in the crowded church, St Margaret’s in Bodelwyddan, under the flowing sunlight, and my gaze met James’ eyes, and immediately I realized—he was the man of all my dreams 🥰.
James, who is only 90 cm tall (about 2 feet 11 inches), was always special. He bravely and smilingly climbed a small four-step platform so he could stand at my eye level—5 feet 7 inches (about 1.70 m)—and I lived that moment with all my heart ❤️🔥. When he stood on the steps and our eyes met, I felt a little electric spark ⚡. He saw me just as I saw him—without outside opinions or measurements.
“I wanted us to be able to kiss properly—like any other couple,” he said when I learned that those steps were made just for him. His smile, when we kissed for the first time, was full of joy and freedom 💋. That moment felt as if the world had stopped just for us.

Our wedding was perfect. 80 guests in the morning and 150 in the evening, everyone was happy, but for me the most important thing was that James was next to me, our hands joined 🤝. He has always been a protector and encourager, and that day it was clearer than ever.
Of course, our path wasn’t easy. James has a rare genetic condition—Diastrophic Dysplasia—and our families’ approaches were different 😬. His mother and father are of average height, but carry the gene, and James’ older brother, Phil, is also short. My mother was very worried at first. “Chloe, he is a dwarf,” she said, but later she started to see not only James’ appearance but his heart, his soul, and now she is one of our biggest supporters 💖.

Our first steps in the world of relationships were also memorable. James proposed to me by the lakeside, and I was sitting on a small jetty, and he took a regular breath, got down on one knee, to ask the biggest question of my life 💍. At that moment, I realized he would change my life forever.
We decided to wait until after the wedding to live together and be physically intimate. Our faith and values were a priority for us 🙏. But we always talked about our future, about children, about family 🌱. Despite the genetic risk, we decided that children would be the most beautiful miracle for us, no matter what happened.

Our wedding was also filmed for BBC Wales, and James and I flew to the Caribbean islands for our honeymoon 🏖️. The sun, the scent of the sea, our first embrace on the ocean shore… everything was perfect. James loved me in every little detail, even the height difference visible when we stood side by side 😅.
Our love story continued, and one day, two years later, we had our first child—a little girl, whom we named Lily 👶💗. James fell in love at first sight with her tiny hands and smile. He always said the best part of our love was this little life we created together 🌸.

But the best things in life sometimes come unexpectedly. One evening, while we were hugging and watching the city lights, little Lily ran to James’ arms and said, “You are the luckiest person, Grandma said” 😲. James and I looked at each other and laughed, but a light came into her eyes at that moment that nothing could compare to.
At that moment, in my heart, a feeling arose—a new beginning we hadn’t expected. Lily revealed to us that one day, when she grows up, she wants to become a “step-designer” for people, so that not only people can feel love and respect, but also unique people in height can have enjoyable moments 🎨✨.

James and I looked at each other, smiled, and realized that our story, our family, and our love are not only for us but also the beginning of creating small miracles in the world 🌈. And at that moment, I realized—even a small height difference, difficulties, genetic risks, or outside opinions can never stop a love that is truly big—like James’ 90 cm height and my 5 feet 7 in the middle 🌟.
